As I sit down to write to you about the beginning of our Mini Mindful Macros program, I'm reminded how life loves to throw us curveballs. I had it all planned out - husband on a business trip, kids back in school, and me, ready to guide you through this reset right after a cozy holiday weekend. Perfect timing, right?
Well, cut to today. I'm walking out of the movie 'Mean Girls' with my kids here in KC, and am greeted by blanket of snow and a chilling -1°. Just then, my phone buzzes – school's cancelled for tomorrow, and my husband's business trip? Rescheduled. So much for my 'perfect time'!
But here's the thing – there’s never really a ‘perfect time’ for anything, is there? Life is beautifully unpredictable. It’s about making the best of what we have, when we have it. And that's exactly what we're going to do with our Mini Mindful Macros program.
